Welcome to Oysterair
We specialise in delivering professional, bespoke training services in high performance aeroplanes, instrument training, and aviation consultancy
Courses & Services
Our courses are tailor made and delivered around your schedule. Oysterair can deliver both UK and EASA approved courses, TSA registered FAA flight training and other ICAO training solutions. We know that a fixed program doesn't work for everyone, so all of our courses are delivered one-to-one and around your time frame. If you have your own aircraft and want to train on that - no problem! Please get in touch if you have any specific questions.
In addition to delivering professional flight training and checking, Oysterair delivers support services, technical consultancy and expert witness support to operators, manufacturers and the legal industry.
About Oysterair
Committed to delivering high quality, bespoke training solutions
Oysterair was created to deliver specialist one-to-one flight training specifically for pilots who fly High Performance Aeroplanes. We understand both pilots and operators that fly these types of aeroplanes are often time limited and need focused training that fits in with their business demands.

The company was founded by a current airline training captain who is also heavily involved in corporate and general aviation. We operate throughout Europe with the main operating bases being:

-
Lee-on-Solent, UK (DA40 & DA42 simulators)
-
London Biggin Hill, UK
-
Oslo, Norway (BE250 simulator)
-
Lausanne, Switzerland (PC12 simulator)
-
Cirrus Experience Centre, McGhee Tyson Airport (KTYS), USA (SF50 Vision Jet simulator)

Oysterair's aim is to equip pilots to fly aircraft such as the BE200, C525, Cirrus Vision Jet, PA46, TBM, PC12, Cessna Caravan and other Technically Advanced Aeroplanes with the relevant skills, techniques and procedures to fly these types safely and efficiently. We also support business jet and charter operators with high quality professional training and checking of their pilots.

In addition to its core aim of teaching, Oysterair supplies a range of technical and consultancy services to individuals, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and large multi-national companies. These services range from technical consultancy to expert witness opinion for the legal and insurance sectors.

Instructors at Oysterair have either airline or corporate backgrounds along with extensive experience in general aviation. Our combined flying experience exceeds 50,000 hours! Most of our instructors are also flight examiners and often dual EASA/FAA licensed. All our instructors are highly experienced, passionate about teaching, love flying aeroplanes and want to pass on their knowledge and experience to others.
